Bad habits to blame on technology

Technology pretty much controls our lives nowadays. From our class life, work life to our home life, we have computers, phones, washing machines and other appliances helping us accomplish our daily routines and chores. But is technology taking over and shifting our societal norms and in a bad way?Our overdependence on technology has sometimes led us to forget to act in a world without it. I took time to note some of these trends. You know that friend that takes their phone out at the beginning of a meal or a conversation, and every half a minute or so they are checking to make sure they haven’t missed a text. Maybe that person is you or me! Nothing is more annoying than not having the attention of the person you are with, especially in a one-on-one situation.
